New Distribution Center
Site Needed!
As Village Family continues to grow, so does the need for a larger distribution center. Our current space has reached capacity, making it difficult to meet the growing demand for food, clothing, school supplies, and essential resources.
A larger facility will allow us to:
✔ Increase distribution capacity
✔ Stock more fresh fruits and vegetables
✔ Expand frozen food storage
✔ Create a safer and more efficient volunteer workspace
✔ Serve more families throughout our community

Our Community Programs
This is designed for children in areas at risk of hunger during the summer months. Typically, these are children who receive free or reduced-priced school meals during the school year but are left without this reliable food source during the summer months.
BACK2SCHOOL-SCHOOL SUPPLY CLOSET
Kids go to school on the first day of school with no supplies at all. It’s hard for kids if their parents can’t afford the needed supplies. Back-to-school shopping can take a bite out of any family’s budget, but for many children, there is no money for food or supplies – not even paper and pencils. That’s where the Village Family Food and Community Partners come in to help.
Village Family provides free clothes, shoes, winter jackets, school supplies, personal hygiene items, and more every month. We often assist children, the elderly, babies, single moms, and the working poor. Examples of what may be distributed include high-quality clothing, accessories, shoes, work attire, winter attire, boots, personal supplies, and even books.
Village Family relies heavily on donations and contributions from the community. Due to the pandemic and for safety reasons, Village Family is only accepting new items. Donations are needed and can make a big difference in the lives of seniors, children and adults.
S.A.F.E. Bike Initiative
Safe • Active • Fed • Educated
Transportation changes lives.
Village Family accepts donations of new and gently used bicycles to refurbish and distribute to children and adults in need.
These bikes help individuals:
• Get to work
• Attend school
• Access healthcare
• Participate in community activities
Many donated bicycles also become holiday gifts for local children.
