These memories are bittersweet.
Our annual Back2School Bowlathon was created to bring children, families, community partners, and businesses together - not only for a day of fun, but to build connections that could support families throughout the year.
Children bowled, laughed, stayed active, and simply got to be kids. Families connected with organizations and businesses sharing programs, activities, services and resources designed to help children stay engaged and families sustain, especially during difficult times.
We serve - and we have a GOOD time doing it!
Unfortunately, this year we were unable to host our Bowlathon due to rising costs and a lack of major sponsorship.
That's why we're asking businesses, corporations, foundations, and community partners to invest in the Village.
Our next major outreach, Santa Is Coming with Meals & More 2026, is approaching. Last year, more than 700 families received food, hygiene essentials, toys, and more.
But just like the Bowlathon, it's about so much more than what we give away.
It's about bringing the Village together. It's about connecting families to resources. It's about keeping children active and engaged. It's about helping families sustain. It's about creating joy during difficult times.And it's about reminding every child and family who walks through our doors:
